Numbers 5:22-27
22 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 23 “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
“The Lord bless you and keep you;25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,And be gracious to you;26 The Lord [e]lift up His countenance upon you,And give you peace.” ’
27 “So they shall put my name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them”
Quickword: A Blessings With My Name On It
In the 5th chapter of Numbers at the conclusion of the chapter we find what is known as a Priestly blessing. The Lord spoke to Moses, who relayed to Aaron and his sons the manner in which to bless the children of Israel. As heirs and joint heirs of Christ Jesus, I want to suggest to you all who will believe there is a blessing with you name on it.
The Lord will bless and keep you
The face of the Lord shine upon you and be gracious
May the Lord give you peace
My beloved brothers and sisters, I am as encouraged today as I have ever been. This encouragement is not as a result of my current circumstances or situations but I just believe with all of my heart that God has a blessing with my name on it. You see, as I look back over my life I can testify that God has been good to me. I’ve had my share of failures but I’ve also had my fair share of successes . I believing today that God has something greater for me and something greater for you. Simply stated, God has a blessing with my name on it. The blessings with my name on it belongs to me and the blessings with your name on it belongs to you. I don’t know what you are waiting on or anticipating, please know that God has a blessings with your name on it.
