2nd Corinthians 13: 11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.

Quickword: A Call to Live in Unity

The Apostle Paul concludes his 2nd letter to the church at Corinth with words of encouragement that are appropriate for today. Simply stated Paul encouraged the church at Corinth and encouraged us today to:

- Become complete, to mature in the faith of Christ Jesus

- Comfort one another

- Be of one mind- Unity

- Live in peace

At the conclusion, Paul clearly articulates to the readers of this letter if they could come together, that the God of love and peace would be with them. This word still holds true today, as mature believers, if we can put aside our differences and personal agendas, the God of love and peace will be with us, it’s up to us to heed the call to

live in unity.
