He Is A Keeper, Yes He Is!

Psalms 121:1-4

1 I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

3 He will not allow your foot to [a]be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. 4 Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.

Quickword: He Is A Keeper, Yes He Is!

My Brothers and Sisters as we are now in the last day of the year 2021, the Quickword devotional highlights today that God is a Keeper, Yes He Is. If you a reading this post, God has kept you all year long. He has keep us as the old Saints say through dangers seen and unseen. So as we end 2021 and look to 2022 the Psalmist gives us a blueprint to follow as we look back and give thanks and look forward with anticipation of what the New Year will bring:

- Keep looking to the hills from whence our help comes from

- Know that our help comes from the Lord

- Know that the God who keeps us never sleeps nor slumbers.

Our God is a keeper, Yes He Is. Beloved it, I don’t know what 2022 has in store for us but I’m sure that the God whom we serve is still able to keep you. My assurance comes from His proven track record. The God whom I serve has never left us or forsaken us. I’m not some pie in the sky preacher or prosperity proclaimer but what I am is a living witness to a God who sits high and looks low. I’m a witness that the God whom we serve is a way-maker, He is A provider, He is a protector and He gives us peace in the midst of the pandemic of life. He Is A Keeper, Yes He Is!

Dear God in Heaven, thank you for being a keeper in 2021. God we know that even in the ups and downs of 2021 that tou are the same God who changes not. We now look forward to what you have in store for us as we move into a New Year. We boldly end this year and anticipate the coming year knowing that you are a keeper who never sleeps or slumbers. Thank you for keeping us in the past, in the future and even right now. We give your name all honor and glory for You are truly worthy to be praised!
