His Grace Is Enough

2nd Corinthians 12:8-10

8 Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. 9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Quickword: His Grace Is Enough

The last two plus years have been extremely challenging for many of us individually and collectively. The Covid 19 virus led to over 1 million deaths in the United States and its impact is still felt today. The economy has taken a major hit which has led to inflation, the cost of everything has risen. I could use this entire post to write about the challenges, yet the Apostle Paul in this familiar text reminds us that the Grace of God is sufficient to meet our every need. What is Grace? Grace God’s unmerited favor. Stated another way, Grace is when God provides, protects and gives us peace when there seems to be no answer.

- The Grace of God is enough

- The Grace of God will see us through

- The Grace of God gives us strength in our weakest moments.

My beloved brothers and sisters, I know in many instances the world is a difficult place right now. There seems to be no relief from the challenges or difficulties that we now face. I simply want to remind us to keep our faith. The Grace of God is not only enough but the Grace of God is more than enough. Grace has brought us thus far and Grace will lead us on. God we thank you this morning for your Amazing Grace. God’s Grace Is Enough!
