Tell God all about It!

Philippians 4:6

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God

Quickword: Tell God about it!

Here in this 4th Chapter of Phillipians , we find words of instructions or encouragement that are relevant for our current environment. With Covid-19 still present, with white nationalism on the rise, with political and economic divides growing further apart on a daily basis, the writer of this text gives us words to live by. We are encouraged to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication let our request be made known to God. Simply stated whatever we are going through we are encouraged to tell God about it. When we tell God about it:

- We don’t have to be anxious about anything…

- With Thanksgiving by prayer and supplication we can go to God

- We can let our request be made known unto Him.

My beloved brothers and sisters, whatever or whomever that‘s causing our souls to be disturbed or distracted we can make our request known to God. Simply stated we can tell God about it. We can tell God about the illness, we can tell God about the marriage, we can tell God about our Grief, we can tell God about our finances, we can tell God about our children, we can tell God about our dreams, we can tell God about our struggles, we can tell God about our fears. We can tell God about it! The good news is that even before we tell God, He already knows. God has the power to meet our every need. Don’t go another day, if you find yourself burden; Tell God about it, He still hears and answers our prayers!!!
